Curtain Players and the production team for Dial M for Murder are looking for a younger actor (age 20s) to take a small role in the upcoming presentation.  Also needed: a woman or man for the unscripted role of theatre usher.  The hope is that either of these two individuals could also serve as assistant stage manager.

Dial M for Murder is in rehearsal now.  The Frederick Knott mystery play will be staged September 9-10, 16-18, and 23-25 at the Harlem Road playhouse.  Michael Day directs the play which opens Curtain’s 49th season.

The available roles are: Thompson, a young police officer who appears in the third act; and the usher, who serves as an actual house usher for each performance.  For more details about these parts and the assistant stage manager responsibilities, please contact Day at treasurer@curtainplayers.com or stage manager Beth Nisonger at business@curtainplayers.com
