'Dinner' tech team preps for June 3 opening

Director Keely Kurtas-Chapman and the production and design team for Dinner with Friends are working in the Harlem Road playhouse preparing the play for performances June 3-19.

Kurtas -Chapman’s team includes: Jaylene Henderson, producer; Michael Day, production stage manager; Samantha Turner, rehearsal stage manager; Betty Peters, rehearsal assistant; Jim LeVally, scene designer; Mary Benge, costumer;  Ruth S. Luketic, lighting designer and board operator; Cory Baker, sound designer and board operator; Karen Tylak, properties coordinator; Jason Speicher, fight choreographer; Tim Cogley, master electrician; Clint Dummitt, Mark Rasche, and Drew Washburn, set construction crew; Denise Dumouchelle, board operator; and Sherri Luketic, lighting assistant.

In Dinner with Friends – the Pulitzer Prize-winning play by Donald Margulies – two couples confront their fears about marriage and what happens to the friendships left behind in the wake of a broken union. The script addresses mature themes and contains adult language.

Amy Anderson, James F. Petsche, Mark Schuliger and Jill Taylor comprise the cast.
