Board Sets New Monthly Meeting Schedule

The Curtain Players Board of Directors has approved a new meeting schedule to carry the leadership team into summer 2011. Instead of the second Tuesday of the month — when the board has been meeting since at least July 2009 — the board now convenes on the second Thursday of the month.

The only exception will be in February to avoid conflict with a CACTUS FLOWER rehearsal the week before that production's opening night February 18.

The new board meeting dates (all Thursdays)... January 13, February 24, March 10, April 14, May 12, and June 9. All meetings will be conducted at 7 PM in the Harlem Road playhouse.

The new schedule will remain through June 2011. The 2011-2012 leadership team members — who take office on July 1 — will have the option of changing the schedule to suit their needs.
